Summary of steps
Requires a second unlocked phone capable of sending text messages. A second SIM card must be available for use in locked phone at same time as unlocked phone is used.
Using phone 1, use HushSMS to send a 'WAP Push SL' to the locked phone, selecting to use the second prefix option (http://) and make the url be youtube.com
With the locked phone on the welcome screen, send the text and then open the link when prompted.
From YouTube use the menu to find a link to Terms and Conditions from the About section of the menu
Google Chrome should open as a full browser. Use the links below to download Apex Launcher first
Install and launch. Open Settings and disable Find My Device in Device Administrators.
Then go to Apps and disable Google Play Services
From Chrome again download Account Unlock APK and install but do not open it.
Go into Settings and Accounts, and add a Google account that you have legit access to. Follow the steps correctly and expect the app to crash after finishing adding the account.
To verify , your account should immediately show up as an added account.
Go back to Apps and re enable Google Play Services.
Restart device and follow setup, the added account will prevent any error of unauthorized user.
Once setup is complete, always perform a soft reset from Settings so the phone can set up like normal process.
